The Challenge

Legal language is the hardest text in any business. Concepts are buried across sections, defined terms span hundreds of pages, and identical clauses can be enforceable or fatal depending on jurisdiction. The reviewer also needs reasons — not just 'this is risky' but 'this is risky because it removes the standard consequential damages exclusion typically present in vendor MSAs.'
