Senior Integrations Engineering

Salesforce & Systems Integration

Salesforce custom development and the integrations that make your stack actually talk to each other. USA-based senior engineers, plain-English communication, real deliverables on real timelines.

Most businesses don't need AI. They need their existing systems to actually work together — Salesforce that talks to NetSuite, Pardot that hands off cleanly to HubSpot, a custom object model that doesn't fall over under real volume, an Apex trigger that doesn't blow governor limits. That's the work that quietly runs companies, and that's most of what we do.

We're a senior USA-based team that takes integration and Salesforce work seriously. You talk directly to the person writing your code, you get weekly written updates, and you get the project shipped — not endlessly scoped.

When AI fits, we plug it in cleanly. When it doesn't, we say so. The deepest part of what we do is making systems behave. AI is just one more system to integrate.

Why teams hire us for this

The four things you'll get from a Niche.dev engagement on salesforce & systems integration.

Senior, USA-based engineers

Every engagement is led by a senior engineer who's been shipping Salesforce and integration work for 8+ years. No offshore handoffs, no junior staffing, no language friction. You always know who's writing your code.

Salesforce as a real specialty

Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud — plus the production essentials: data migrations, deduplication, governor-limit-aware design, profile and permission set cleanup, and dev-to-prod release management.

Integration-first thinking

Most projects labeled 'AI' are really integration projects with a model attached. We design the data flow first and the model second — which is why the systems we ship actually work in production.

Plain-English communication

Weekly written status updates. No jargon walls. No surprise scope changes. You always know exactly where the project stands, what's blocked, and what's next.

What we build

Concrete systems we've shipped in this space. Not a roadmap — production deployments.

How an engagement runs

Predictable, milestone-based, no open-ended retainers. You see real progress every two weeks.

Discovery call

30 minutes. We learn your stack, the actual problem, what's already been tried, and what 'done' looks like. You get an honest read on scope, risk, and whether we're the right fit — even if the answer is no.

Written scope

Within a week you get a 1–2 page scope: deliverables, fixed-fee or T&M estimate, timeline, and the assumptions we're making. No surprise hours, no ambiguous milestones.

Build and integrate

Weekly sprints with end-of-week demos. You see real progress on real screens every week — not a black box that opens at the end. Anything blocking is surfaced immediately.

Ship and hand-off

Full documentation, a runbook your team can actually use, and a 30-day stability window included. Optional ongoing retainer if you want us in the loop — we don't disappear after launch.

Frequently asked questions

The questions every prospect asks before working with us.

Are you a Salesforce-certified partner or independent?
Independent senior engineers who hold individual Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect tracks). We work as contractors or via a primary contractor that holds partner status, depending on what the engagement requires.
Do you outsource the actual work?
No. Everyone on the team is USA-based and senior. You always talk directly to the person writing your code. If we ever need a specialist outside the core team, we tell you up front who they are and how they fit in.
Can you work inside our existing Salesforce org, or do you only do greenfield?
Most of our work is inside existing orgs — usually messy ones. We're comfortable picking up a 10-year-old org full of legacy code, unraveling what's actually in use, and shipping the change you need without breaking the things you depend on.
What's the difference between you and a big SI like Accenture or Deloitte?
Price, speed, and direct access. With us you're talking to a senior engineer the same day. With a big SI you're usually paying a markup so the actual work can be done by a less experienced team you don't get to choose. For mid-market and below, we're typically 40–70% less expensive and ship faster.
Do you do non-Salesforce integration work?
Yes. Salesforce is the deepest specialty, but the broader practice is systems integration — APIs, data pipelines, ETL, webhook orchestration, legacy bridges. If your stack involves making two or more systems agree on the truth, we can help.
How does pricing work?
Discovery is free. Scoped projects are typically fixed-fee ($8K–$80K depending on scope) so you know the cost up front. Open-ended work is T&M at a published senior rate. Retainer engagements (a few days a month, on call) are also available for clients who want us in the loop long-term.
We need someone for a job fair / immediate placement. Do you do that?
We're not a recruiter, but if your team is hiring for a Salesforce developer or integration engineer and you'd like a senior independent to fill a gap while you hire, that's exactly the kind of engagement we take on.

Need a senior integrations engineer who'll actually pick up the phone?

Send a 2-paragraph description of what you're trying to integrate or build in Salesforce. We'll send back an honest read on scope, timeline, and fit within one business day — even if the right answer is 'we're not the right team for this one.'
